The public face of the CommunSide platform: a conversion-focused marketing site built solo in Next.js. Fast, animated and fully responsive, it turns a visitor into a booked enquiry and hands them off to the client portal.

CommunSide needed a front door. The operational platform already ran the business, but a virtual-office and coworking brand also has to sell: explain the offer to a first-time visitor, build trust, and get them to enquire or book without friction. The landing site is that top of the funnel, deliberately kept separate from the app so marketing can move fast without touching the core system.
02What I built
A single-page composition of focused, self-contained sections: a hero with a clear value proposition, a walkthrough of workspace and virtual-office services, pricing and social proof, and a call to action that routes into the platform's booking flow. Each section owns its own markup, state and motion, so the page reads like a table of contents and stays easy to reorder.
- Built solo end to end: positioning and copy, layout, component architecture and deployment.
- Scroll-linked reveal animations with Framer Motion, tuned to stay smooth on mid-range mobile rather than showy on a desktop demo.
- Fully responsive from a small phone to a wide desktop, with accessible semantics and keyboard-navigable controls.
A front door that stays out of the way: enough to convince, then straight into the booking flow.
03Performance & delivery
Performance was treated as part of the brief. Explicit image dimensions, lazy-loading below the fold, lean client JavaScript and reflow-free font loading keep the first paint quick and the layout stable while it loads. The site is deployed on Vercel with a push-to-deploy pipeline, so shipping a copy tweak is a commit away.
04What it demonstrates
Full ownership of a marketing surface from empty shell to deployed URL: product positioning, copywriting, a componentised Next.js build, motion with restraint, and performance as a discipline rather than an afterthought. The companion piece to the CommunSide platform, showing the same product from the outside in.
